Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; obey it, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you. 4 Yet you have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their clothes. They will walk with me, dressed in white, for they are worthy. 5 He who overcomes will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out his name from the book of life, but will acknowledge his name before my Father and his angels. Revelation 3:3-5I'm not making any of this up - this is absolutely for real! These kinds of amazing "coincidences" have marked the last several weeks. Not only that, but the Maiden name was Bauer - sounding like - bower. The German word bauer means farmer. The Bride is a laborer in the Lord's harvest field and vineyard. I had learned that a while back when I was researching the meaning of it in the context of the card game called Euchre I grew up playing, but had forgotten.
The hardworking farmer should be the first to receive a share of the crops. 7 Reflect on what I am saying, for the Lord will give you insight into all this. 8 Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, descended from David. This is my gospel, 9 for which I am suffering even to the point of being chained like a criminal. But God's word is not chained. 10 Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.. It is appropriate, therefore, that this chapter is devoted to the arrival of the New Jerusalem - our eternal home. Furthermore, the city has twelve gates engraved with the names of the twelve gates engraved with the names of the twelve tribes of Israel. Perhaps they are engraved on heavenly Mezuzas! Since the SHIN corresponds to this chapter, one might speculate that those twelve gates each have a Mezuza! Why not?
